| SURVIVOR EMPOWERMENT
The Survivor Empowerment Program (SEP) is a 12-week program within the SRP designed to serve clients who have moved past immediate crises and have stabilized their lives in terms of personal safety. SEP is one of the few programs which works with clients who are at the next level of rebuilding their lives. This is critical because the next level of ongoing work is essential for women to move forward on the path of healing/recovery/restoration. Without this vital support and the tools they gain to help them make better decision for themselves and their children, they are at risk of going back into the cycle of violence. By the completion of the SEP classes, clients have developed both knowledge and coping skills and, as a result, they are better equipped to live lives which are free from violence.
